My son Doran is now 6 months old and I’m really enjoying the time we have to bond with each other.  The thought of looking after a baby for the first time can be daunting but with focus and determination together with the help and guidance of good family and friends the journey can really be made to feel less stressful and more therapeutic.

We are learning and exploring new experiences every day be it the first roll on the floor; reaching up to touch and then grab the toys in the play gym; to the first mouthful of mashed banana and avocado – it’s such an exciting journey, which we are trying to savour as much as we can by taking pictures and videos.

Our bundle of joy inspires and motivates us to reach for new heights and experiences just like he is doing every day!

I have decided that now is the right time to reach out to start a business in the ecommerce space which will involve building brands and selling products.  Like parenthood I’ll be seeking guidance from experts and have a mentor to try and ensure that I avoid as many pitfalls as I can along the way. I’ll need to be focused by having a well thought business plan and committed to succeed even when times get tough.
